EEG video monitoring is a more informative method, because during the study it is possible to obtain more information about the work of the brain. For example, it is during the night rest that epileptiform activity is often manifested, which allows neurologists to make an accurate diagnosis and prescribe the correct individual treatment.

In the course of such monitoring, video recordings are made, allowing the comparison of the video sequence and brain activity.

Due to this, specialists can:

• determine the type of seizure;
• identify the focus (the area where there are pathological changes);
• react quickly if the child needs emergency medical care.

EEG monitoring with video is indicated for problems and disorders:

• sleep (insomnia, shallow sleep, restless and short sleep, frequent awakenings in the middle of the night, nightmares, somnambulism, urinary incontinence);
• memory;
